Some call what I do the “soft” skills… or the “touchy feely” stuff. I prefer to think I can combine a certain amount of business logic with an appreciation of the ability of humans to surprise and amaze us. My work ranges from one-to-one coaching through small teams to conferences of 300 plus participants.
I’ve worked in the UK, Europe, Africa, Asia, Australasia and North America and clients have included
- Channel 4
- The BBC
- Virgin Atlantic
- Johnson & Johnson
- American Express
- Oxford University
- Dept for Business, Innovation and Skills
- World Vision
- The WorldFish Center
- RESET Ireland
- Specialist Schools and Academies Trust

Over the last few years, I’ve done extensive training in psychotherapy and other forms of personal development. This has coincided with my increasing interest in the human side of business and how we can create richer relationships in our working lives.
