I’m Johnnie Moore, and I help people work better together

I wrote the other day about the dangers of facilitators who are in love with their process. When that happens I think they’re actually relating to their idea, rather than to the people in front of them. It’s a mistake I’ve caught myself making many times. I have a feeling that it’s better to play down the process and play up the potential of the audience to make something of it.
