    I think that this is a key idea in the new marketplace.

    What counts is voice. PR is so obviously a put on. Robert is obviously a mensch.

    Google proves it.

    What does it cots Bill to keep Robert? What does Microsoft spend on PR?

    Now Robert is a rare commodity and a culture that will allow Robert is also rare as he himself points out. But evangelism has surely got to be given a whirl?
